“A truly humble mountainous dish designed to feed large numbers and warm hungry belly’s from the X'ian region of Northern China. I love this dish because of its big ol’ plate, the chewy textures that only come from hand pulled noodles, as well as the cumin spice and chilli oils that glaze the generous serving of potato and chicken mixed together! It come’s in 3 sizes and is really fun and messy to eat.”
